Procurement
As a public body English Partnerships has procurement rules based upon guidance issued by HM Treasury. It is English Partnerships´ policy to procure contracts for services, supplies and works by competitive tender (or by competitive written quotation if the contract is of a low value). There are very few exceptions to this policy. Business opportunities are usually advertised in appropriate trade journals or via the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
Current contract notices can be viewed and downloaded on the Current tenders page.
Our terms and conditions can be viewed on our Standard Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Goods page.
Residential Developer Pre-Qualification Scheme
English Partnerships is seeking to establish a Pre-Qualification Scheme for residential-led development opportunities.
The scheme is an integral part of simplifying and streamlining the process for selling our sites to interested and capable development partners.
Individual site opportunities will still be openly advertised with scheme members being allowed to submit reduced levels of information reflecting the information already provided as part of the scheme. As such, members will achieve cost and environmental benefits.
Following the consultation exercise earlier this year, we are pleased to announce the opening of the application process. Interested parties should request the Information Memorandum and Application Form via pqq@englishpartnerships.co.uk
Completed application forms must be returned by 22 October 2008.
The Information Memorandum is available for download from the Current tenders page.
Unsolicited information from suppliers and consultants
Potential suppliers and consultants are requested to refrain from sending unsolicited details of their goods, services and skills to English Partnerships, as we are unable to retain this information.
For policy information please access our Procurement Policy page.
Further information about English Partnerships´ panels can be found on the Consultants´ Panels page.
