Affordable Homes

Creating mixed communities means that we need to ensure that there is a good cross section of homes and residents. Through our low cost home ownership programmes, such as the London-Wide Initiative and the First Time Buyer’s Initiative, we have helped more people to get a foot on the property ladder by giving them access to affordable homes in their local area.
